Learn Spanish Verbs
Spanish Verbs generally can be divided into three different types, the ones ending in -ar, the ones ending in -er or the ones ending in -ir. Each verb can be put into one of those groups. Additionally there are about fifty types of irregluar verbs. For beginners who want to learn Spanish verbs, the best is to start with the regular verbs and try to memorize all three forms in the present. With some practice, you will be able to use the conjugations with every verb. Besides, you should study at least the most important irregular verbs (e.g. ser+estar = to be).

Spanish verbs – The Tenses
In Spanish Grammar there are different parameters which are defining Spanish verbs. On one side you can define the tense (past tense, present tense, future), the number (singular or plural) and the person (first, second, third) of a verb. Furthermore you can distinct between familiar or respectful (2nd person) and in which mood (indicative, subjunctive or imperative) you use the verb.
You can define the tense in (past, present, and future), and the person (first, second, third) and the mode (indicative, subjective.) Furthermore, you can differentiate between colloquial or respectful 2nd person (tú or usted , ustedes or vosotros.) This may sound very complicated to you, but it is not so hard! To show you how simple it is, we will show you an example. Our verb will be: llegar. Let’s conjugate the verb to the first person in the present indicative ( yo llego.) Now to the second person in the past imperfect (tú llegabas.) To the third singular person in present subjuctive (él llegue.) Don’t feel overwhelmed once you understand how it works you will see how easy it is.
